haha i got complained. ok. so i shall blog. but seriously these days, i lack the inspiration to blog. haha. i even didnt feel like talking. thats weird autistic elaine for you.
hmm yup. so monday i had ab214 impromptu presentation. my topic was: "Is it fair to older workers to hire them as contract workers and with less benefits?" My other topics were about franchising and criminal offences so obviously the older worker one seemed easier to me. haiz. oh whilst preparing for 214 i realised how un-read i was. I havent been reading the newspaper for a long long time. and i only know vague details about most of the topics. haiz.
ok back to presentation. luckily my group members helped me to brainstorm for ideas. but in the end i think i was still very nervous. dunno wat i was talking about. blabbering. blahz. and qna was worst. haiz. its over. dont think about it le.
then i applied for internships: Credit suisse and ABN. hopefully i get sth. seriously i dont mind getting any more "well-known" firm. haiz. i hope i get it :)
went for career fair with micho n ivy. most of the staff said stuff like: "please check out our website online." dots. then i was thinking, wat for set up a booth then. dots. but yeah i got loads of freebies. haha. cheapo elaine.
then i had a nice breakfast this morning! yummy! french toast, cheese sausages and bacon. a good breakfast is the best way to start the day!
went back to deloitte with yf n sh in the afternoon. became "waitresses" haha. the cupcakes were really cute! nice! forgot the website already. should ask shirley for the website one day. then met the rest of the dt temps for dinner at changing appetites. their fish n calamari is NOT nice.
oh then these days apart from dont really feeling like talking, i always feel sleepy. like last night, i did a few 192 tut questions, and i felt like sleeping. then today, during 213, i napped, on the train i napped. then whilst waiting for soonhui at the train station, i fell asleep on the steps. whilst waiting for 75 to go to marina square, i fell asleep sitting at the busstop. then after dinner, i fell asleep at the table. im turning into a pig! but i dunno why. i get enough sleep every night wat. haiz.
chinese new year is coming. goodies! yummy!
oh and i just got invited to a malay wedding. interesting. haha.
